The 2^nd MIS Author Development Workshop

Call for Paper

       With strong support of Dr. Arun Rai and editors of leading MIS journals globally, 2018 MIS Author Development Workshop will be held by Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) on July 25, 2018, from 13:00 to 16:00 druing the 2018 HIT Summer School on "Big Data and Business Analytics" (HITBBA2018) .

      The workshop will provide feedback from top tier MIS journal Senior Editors and Associate Editors on potential submissions to top tier MIS journals.

       The workshop will provide opportunity to discuss with editors and other authors on how to develop papers for submission and resubmission to top tier MIS journals.

We will have roundtable discussions with editors on authors' submissions and editors' panel discussion on developing papers for initial submissions to top tier MIS journals and on revising papers for top tier MIS journals.

Capacity Limitation:

The workshop tentatively has a limited capacity of 30 authors.

Registration Fee (two options):

1 RMB 4500

(including Registration fee of HITBBA2018 Summer School)

2 RMB 3000

(for the workshop only)

Please submit one single PDF file includes:

1.     A paper of no more than 20 pages, double-spaced excluding references, tables and figures.

2.     An optional one-page description specify issues that the authors would like to get feedback from editors.
