On Sept. 17th, Professor Kunibert Lennerts from Karlsrule Institute of Technology was offered the guest professor of School of Management. The ceremony was held in G216 of the SoM. Professor Yu Bo, Dean of the SoM, awarded the letter of appointment to Professor Kunibert Lennerts.
    Professor Yu Bo gave a high appraisal of Professor Lennerts in the field of engineering management and green building. He hoped to enhance communication and cooperation with Professor Lennerts. Professor Lennerts said that it was a great honor to be a member of HIT. He elaborated the cooperation relationship between Karlsrule Institute of Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology in a point of view of sustainable development. He hoped to promote the academic communication and cooperation between the teachers and students of the two universities.
    The ceremony was chaired by Professor Xue Xiaolong, the associate dean of School of Management. Professor Wang Yaowu, the director of Research Institute of System Engineering, HIT, introduced the resume of Professor Lennerts. Sun Chengshuang, director of Department of Construction and Real Estates, Yang Xiaodong, the party branch secretary and vice director of Department of Construction and Real Estates attended the ceremony.
