At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Ji Cheng gave a brief introduction of his own learning experience at Babson Business School and China Europe International Business School, and he focused on introducing the TechMark business battle to students. Then, Mr. Ji Cheng used the Balanced Scorecard to illustrate the importance of balance in setting strategic goals, using strategic pyramids to explain how companies set strategies and the significance of strategy for each employee. Mr. Ji Cheng also explained how to implement the strategy and distribute profits through the company's strategic analysis model. Finally, Mr. Ji Cheng cited the example of the automotive industry to illustrate the importance of planning and organizational structure to the enterprise.
