讲座摘要

The digital transformation of urban economies requires the joint analysis of complex financial and social networks, a critical task governance and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) systems. However, current modelling practicesvremsin fragmented, failing to simultaneously cover emerging communities, the roles of participants in different context , and the dynamics of the process. The report proposes an annotated metagraph model as a single representative structure that overcome these limitations. Using holonic metaverses, multi-complex annotations, actives agents, and metahedra, the proposed platform initially supports both structural complexity and the ability to audit management. The report present a systematic mapping of the subject varea, which transforms metagraph constructions into objects of financial and social networks. In addition, a catalog of four reusable modeling templates is presented - new communities, multi-contez participants, process and management workflows - integrated into a multilevel conceptual reference architecture. This unified approach provides a formal framework for multilevel network analytics and defines a research program for the development of scalable financial intelligence systems tailored to the structure.
